In trying to resolve an Account that had been handed over, this Law Firm Managed to Recover About R900 MORE than was due to the Credit Provider, HELD onto the R900, Fails to provide a Settlement Letter and to crown it all, takes 6 call to address the matter, and when FInally they answer, they Refuse to name the consultant for Reference purposes AND Slam the phone down in a clients Ear. Heaven only knows how they are rated best at anything BUT Questionable, Bad business Ethic!
