HAMMOND POLE - SHOCKING LACK OF ASSISTANCE AND SERVICE

My husband has been trying to find out what happened to a cell phone account with Vodacom that was handed over to this "legal" company. After talking to numerous people at their call centre, he was passed from pillar to post. He has been asked at least 5 times to send 2 years of cell phone payments to them so they could reconcile the account. The irony is that the account was paid every month. His complaint was sent further up the chain to a supervisor. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A CALL, AN EMAIL ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND THIS HAS TAKEN AT LEAST 5 MONTHS!. We are told we will be paid a certain amount. Then we get told we owe a certain amount. the left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE FROM A COMPANY THAT CALLS ITSELF A LEGAL BUSINESS.
