Hammond pole ****ed me

Hammond pole attorneys is refusing to remove my name from Judgement . I have no relationship with them. They were wrongfully assigned by FNB to handle my credit card account, first thing they did was to put judgement to my name. After realizing that FNB made a mistake, now they are refusing to remove the judgement. They say I must go to FNB. I paid them R300 they never refunded me after realizing they made a mistake.
