Hammond Pole once again

After I was retrenched back in 2013, I struggled to pay my Absa personal loan account, and after I was contacted by Daily Attorneys, we came to an agreement to settle the account with three payments over three months.

Now after more than 2 years, I suddenly started getting phone calls and sms's from Hammond Pole, claiming that I owe Absa money regarding my personal loan account that was paid off 2 years ago. I have sent the proof of payments to them on numerous occasions and I would get a response from them saying that they will look into the matter, but this never happens. I never receive any feedback, but I still get their annoying sms's saying that legal action will be taken against me if I don't pay my Absa account. Firstly, you (Hammond Pole) need to be licenced attorneys to do so. You are only a legal aid to Absa Secondly, I am waiting for a real court letter from you. I am ready to take this to court, seeing as: - you continue to harass me - you neglect to resolve the matter after you received my proof of payment - and you're committing *****, seeing as you keep the matter on-going so you can make money out of it
