Hammond Pole Mbali Pathetic Service

I have no words to explain the terrible service I have received from Mbali Dlamini at Hammond Pole. Over 6 months ago I settled my account in full and asked Mbali Dlamini for a paid up letter, she apparently requested it from FNB. To date I have not yet received any feedback from her. I emailed her numerous times, I phoned numerous times each time she is busy. This is PATHETIC! My name is still not cleared, and there is simply no way of following up!
