Hammond Pole Majola Inc treats consumers unfairly and have the worst customer service

As of December 2021 I owing 2 months to FNB for my mortgage as I was retrenched. I made a payment to FNB on the 5th of January 2022. I have just received (today 0n 14 January 2022) a summons from Hammond Pole Majola INC for the above amount. The Summons from the court is dated 17 December 2021 and the sheriff's stamp is dated 13 January 2022. My wife called Hammond Pole Majola INC and as usual we were sent from pillar to post until we spoke to Bianca. She says they received an email from FNB this week instructing them not to proceed with the summons but they didn't act on it. This law firm is handling people's accounts poorly. Then the lady said we can throw away the summons as it is irrelevant, imagine the embarrassment I went through when the Sheriff came to my house
