Hammond Pole is useless in my opinion.

If i could rate this company with less than one star I would. I get contacted by a person named Nthabiseng Majola, telling me about money that I owed Vodacom. I told her straight away that contract I had with vodacom was fully paid up, but apparently I still owed money. I ened up paying the money on 21 Dec 220 and Nthabiseng said he/she would send me the settlement letter. Today is 8 March 2021, and i STILL have not received the letter, even after numerous emails. I really would like to know what the Hell is going on
