Hammond Pole is a nightmare

I would give them a zero if it was possible, I hate FNB for giving an instruction to Hammond Pole to register my bond. It took them almost a year to transfer and register the property that I bought under my name. Tracey Mcdonald was so difficult to deal with, that woman has zero patience for people, she would refer me to their outdated lexis tracker system or just give one word responses without even explaining the process. SHE SUCKS.Oh my God I'm so glad that from tommorow, I will not have anything to do with her. All thanks to Precious Mbizwo for keeping me updated about the matter until registration. At some point the seller of my house delayed to sign some documents, Tracey did not do anything about it until I had to lodge a formal complaint and they had to give them a cut off time for signing. It was such a nightmare, I am glad that the house is finally registered today and will not have to deal with Tracey Mcdonald. I will neber recommend these Attorneys for bond registration. The whole process was delayed unnecessarily.
