Hammond Pole Inc - terrible service/assistance

I have never dealt with such rude individuals. I've been trying to sort out an issue since march 2021 and to date, nothing. I have to keep following up on the matter as they don't respond to your emails. When you want to speak to a team leader to complain of request email of the HOD you just get told that they aren't allowed to give you the information. Working for attorneys myself, with a collections department, is so sad so see how they deal with debtors.
