Hammond Pole Inc should be closed

I've never communicated with such rude people in my life. No one can explain the extra charges on my statement and when I demand clarity they drop the phone. I requested someone else to deal with my account and I'm still dealing with the same *********** individual who keeps dropping the phone. I wish there was a way to sue or press charges against this company for taking advantage of people who are trying to sort out their life
