HAMMOND POLE INC COLLECTION COMPANY WITH FNB CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT

The worst service ever, my FNB credit card was handed over to them and they refused to send me the mandate from FNB for settlement, I then settled the account after various communication. Its been 3 weeks, and Hammond Pole is failing to send me a letter of account closure and settlement. Their consultant is Nozipho and Dwayne Fourie, they are now not taking my calls.
