Hammond Pole Inc

I had a loan with Capitec Bank and they handed me over to Hammond Pole attorneys i paid my account in full up till today i have not received my settlement letter and yesterday i went to Capitec Bank to query this i was told that Hammond Pole attorneys till today have not allocated the funds to Capitec. All i want is a paid up letter because i have paid the loan i don't understand what is the hold up. Because while i was owing every day they will call non stop now that i have paid them they are pushing me around. When i call them they say they are waiting for Capitec to give them the paid up letter and when i get to Capitec they say they are waiting for Hammond pole to allocate the funds to them i'm not even sure what is happening with this account. Its so disappointing and time wasting cause really i just need the paid up letter.
