Hammond Pole has terrible service on WhatsApp and telephonically. They do not follow instructions when you request dates to be debited via Debit Order and then when you complain they try to throw it back at you like you’re a child not knowing what you did. Or tell you that you did not do it within the department that you have clearly done and have evidence of. Being disrespectful and unprofessional, especially the person who deals with the Whatsapps. Terrible service
