Hammond pole attorneys staff is arrogant!!! Mr. Peters or Keenan. I called after another threatening sms. After I made arrangements with this person on black and white. Email. He clearly did not update the system, he chose to disregard the email. In order to chase after commission. This is why they are so rude and arrogant. But it should not be that way. Because there is a consumer act that protects consumers against these debt collectors. They think they are above the law because they work for a debt collection agency but even debt collection agencies has to abide by the debt collecting laws. This is consutitued as harassment because I comp**** only after failure to adhere to my promise to pay can they keep calling. But the 20th of May has not passed me as yet and yet this fool keeps sending legal threatening sms.
