Hammond Pole- DISGUSTING Service

The only reason I've added a star is because I can't write a review without one. The most PATHETIC, rude, useless and inefficient agency I have ever dealt with. Been making monthly payments which don't get allocated, then harassment and threats from them constantly. They refuse to send me a statement of what's outstanding because I want to see what interest they have added onto my account when they claim I haven't paid. I send them proof of payment every month but to no avail. I have no idea how these people are still in business.
