I payed a settlement amount that you guys requested in 2019 and up to this point Woolworths has an outstanding amount that is not going away.

I tried to email you countless times with no success, when someone finally responded they said they cannot assist me as my file is closed with them.

This is the person that assisted me to settle the account: *** and Dandre Diedericks

How can you not be able to assist me after i have paid and settled the account???

I need my settlement letter, this is not how you treat customers after you have met your target of getting them to pay!
