Hammond Pole bad service and rude consultants

They very rude on the phone and so many times they hung up on me simply because I'm requested my paid up letter. Account was settled 3 weeks ago and still they can't issue me a paid up letter. I don't advise anyone to use their services they can just keep their business for the debt collection only, I really don't know how they still in the industry sies and shame at you Hammond Pole Attorneys.
