Hammond Pole Attourneys Need to Read the POPI Act

I am constantly spammed by messages to contact Hammond Pole.

My understanding of the POPI Act is that they need to have my permission to have my information, surely as a legal firm, they understand POPI.

They do not have my permission to have my information, I contacted them once and explained this to them, now they are blocked on my phone and email, however it is annoying to have to do this.
