Hammond pole attorneys terrible service and false discounts

Last year I noticed a loan outstanding in my banking app, called the bank- was told the account is from 2014 and is handed over to Hammond Pole. I contacted them. After 3 months, in October 2024 I was offered an 80% discounts by Edward, payment should be made over 3 months. End November 2024 I made a payment of R15930.44. Mid December I called and said my second payment will be around 7 Jan. At the beginning of Jan I got an email to say I missed a payment. I called in and spoke to Edward and then to the supervisor Angus. I was asked to wait with the second payment as they needed to speak to the client Nedbank. End Jan Edward said the supervisor was on leave- that’s why I didn’t get feedback. Then in Feb I dpoke to Sandile. End feb, Edward asked he to send an email with my bank statement and a letter explaining the situation- I did that. Till date there is no feedback. Now I’m told by other consultants the 80% discount does not exist and then can only offer 20% discount!!! This is ridiculous. They are just trying to make more money. I am trying to settle this account but this consultants are terrible. HP***
