Hammond Pole Attorneys Ripped me off

Hammond pole was busy with a home loan i got from Absa. I was charged amounts for "wasted fees in accordance with the guidelines of the Law Society", . So Absa Cancelled my home loan because it was over a year and it was supposed to be registered within 4 months of me accepting the loan, which i was never told. So now when i recalled all the transfer duty fees which i had already paid R11500 since the beginning of the loan, i was told that i can only get R2900,17 which doesn't make sense. If i was warned that this would happen i would have made arrangements. now they only telling me after the bank has cancelled the loan that i owe them moneys for work that has been done so far.
