Hammond pole attorneys bad services

Hi my name is Angy, around the beginning June 2020 Hammond pole attorneys offered me 55% discount on my Absa Personal Loan they are collecting,I further requested them to drop it again,which they did and sent me a letter as a settlement quotation which I used when settling that debt, I paid the amount as stated on that letter I received from them via whatsap chats, it was later confirmed that my account was settled on the same whatsap communication platform. On the 15th they debited my account as I had an arrangement with them to debit from my account before I decided to settle that debt, I then called to ask why are they continuing with the debit order whereas I've settled my account, the apologised and ask me to reverse the debit order which I did. Since then I've never heard from them until yesterday the 17th of November 2020 telling me that I owe them a balance of R33 000 which can be discounted to R16000 if I pay by 30th of November 2020. I asked how because I settled my account, I'm told that there was an outstanding amount of 2500 that took back my debt to 55 000 because I did not pay the full discounted amount,I then asked why this was not raised a day or 2days after i paid them in June, why now on the 5th Month, I again asked for records of our communication before I paid them, I asked for the letter I used when I was paying them the settlement as agreed. No one is responding to my request the only thing they tell me is that I owe them.
