Hammond Pole attorneys.
Good day my name is Cheslyn. I’m very very very unhappy with Hammond Pole attorneys. A consultant called me to make payment arrangement on my account. The payment plan was for R2700, she told me with this payment I’m making there will be no other deductions from my bank. The bank debit me R2500 and Hammond debit me R2700. I’m struggling to get my refund from them as Hammond, no one is getting back to me. I even submitted my bank statement. Every time I need to make call, they’re quick to call to payment arrangements and not getting back to you when you have a problem. This is unacceptable. My payment plan is already in order for end February. I’m going on all other platforms to complain about them.
