Hammond Pole Attorneys - Abusive and Threatening Yet in the Wrong

I have been harassed and threatened by the representatives of Hammond Pole Attorneys who it appears have not effectively communicated between their various departments.

I have not only contacted their call centre twice after being threatened with handover but I have also emailed their offices on four different occasssions to which I have not had the courtesy of a response. I have again today (18/10/2017) been threatened by one of their agents, this after I was apologised to by their representative during my second phone call to them, when the confirmed that First National Bank had handed over my account in error to their offices.

The fact that I not only contacted them and resolved the matter to my mind to then again be threatened is completely unacceptable. I take their motto "serious about service" to be nothing more than lip service.

I am absolutely horrified at the way in which they have conducted themselves and in the way that I have been treated.
