I had a FNB Loan that I was paying through Hammond Pole Attorneys: HP***. In June 2024 I was offered a 80% discount to pay the account which I did. At the end of August I still had not received my paid up letter as promised. From then on every week I have been following up only to be told that the matters has not been escalated and it is only being escalated now. Today i am being told that since June FNB has been the one who hasn't submitted the paid up letter hence on the system it is still showing pending. I am saddened by the treatment I am getting from these Attorneys as this is still hanging on my credit report and I am seemingly not getting any assistance. This company is really letting me down as a person as I cant even buy property because of them.
