Hammond Pole and Majola inc are **** and *****

Hammond Pole and Majola inc. Was given a mandate by standard bank to serve me with summons, which I never received. They went ahead anf **** to the high court and said I have been served. To my surprise sheriff by the name of Mr Willem J Knoesen under Jurisdiction Pretoria north east approached at Gezona on 8th of September claiming that he has a letter from the high court. Apparently they summons were served at my previous. I went to the old address yesterday on the 20th, there was no response in the house and I went today on the 21st September still there was to response. I then approached the neighbour whom confirmed to me that in order to get the new owner of the home. People usually come to her home , even his relatives can't get hold of the man. She then gave me the man's contact no to call him. 4 missed calls with no response or revert back call from him. I explained that I was looking for documents that the bank has left for me and even today I dont have the documents in hand.

My concern is how did they manage to get the letter from the high court without proper channel being followed. Sheriff amount that the bank wants me to pay is R9000? What am I paying for if theres so much discrepancy in this whole process Towing fee of R3900 on the letter from standard bank if I literally saw the one gentleman from the law firm driving the car instead of the being veing towed.I can't believe they **** while there were people that saw that driving the car.

I am still looking for the summons as we speak. Maybe if they can bring clarity as to who signed for the summons and who took them.
