Hammond Pole agent swore at me!!!

I have been through a very bad financial period. Due to this, I was unable to service certain financial obligations . An account from ABSA was handed to Hammond Pole to collect. I was contacted by an agent from the above mentioned firm The agent whose name I was unable to get and who refused to confirm his name upon request , refused to listen to my story. He became very aggresive and called me a ****head 4 times and a low life twice. I was shocked, angry and very upset. How can a finacancial institution such as ABSA sell my outstanding debt to these utterly unprofessional people. I will not take another call from these people and eagerly awaite receipt of the summons that the agent informed me that I will receive. In court , I can explain my sad situation and play the recording of my conversation with the agent of Hammond Pole Inc. Maybe the court will take mercy on me after hearing how I was verbally violated by these people. Wake up ABSA dont throw your customers away. We will financially recover and will then remember how we were treated.
