Hammond pole

Dealing with Hammond pole is soo frustrating. None of the Agents wanna give you their real name, no one wants to be held liable. No one has answers, they all give different explanations for one Account. One Agent says you still owe, while the other says the Acc is settled. Does anyone know how these guys work? Where do I report this? Because even their Supervisors are as *********** as the staff.
