Hammond and Pole stole my money

I lost my job in 2017 and paid my FNB credit card monthly what was agreed the amount of R1000 from Aug 2017 up to September 2018. Then Hammond and Pole contacted me informing me that FNB gave over my account to them. Then from Oct 2018 I paid R2620 into the account of Hammond and Pole.

I received a phone call from another lawyer in Sep 2019 informing me that they took over my account and the FNB have last received a payment from me in Sep 2018.

Hammond and Pole did not transferred any funds which I have paid for 11 months to FNB. I tried to contact them with no avail. I feel that they stole my money for not transferring it.

Please help to get my money back or at least transferred to FNB
