Hammond???

I jave an outstanding account with FNB for a cellphone contract. I was contacted by a lady called Virginia to make arrangements. The aknowledgement of debt had no figures, interests or any information portraying to the actual amounts payable as well as the payment terms. Furthermore the letter that I received stated that I owed money to Nedbank for a personal loan. When I asked her for a contact at FNB to verify this I was told that they were not allowed to give out their liaisons contact information. I furthermore requested a copy of the contract and was told that as she does not work directly for FNB she does not have the contact but clearly stated that my contract reflected that payments need to be made by debit orders.
