H P attorneys consultants harassment

I have been in correspondence with H P attorneys since the 1st day they contacted me, I have explained my position at this stage that I am un employed, lost my husband last year who also financially contributed towards our financial household, now I have lost counts of the consultants who calls me daily and I must explain myself to each and every one them every day. I feel like I am being harassed for something I have no control over, now I am receiving threatening text messages saying Legal Action underway, legal action underway for what if I have explained and committed myself to settling my account as soon as I am capable to do so. These are the same people who leads to being unfairly blacklisted for no reason at all, they will call you daily but they do not make notes of what was being discussed so that they can keep harassing you, and make it look like you were avoiding correspondence with them.
