getting summons

i have made arrangements to pay both my african bank loan and credit card account as they have been handed over to Hammon Pole attorneys my arrangement was R150 R75 for credit card and R75 for loan account i have made my payments yes i skipped a month then continued. i get threatening e-mails and sms for my arrangements and now they want to summons me i call in consultants advise they have rectified what i said i sent e-mails to Lawrence Leeuw [Email Removed] with proof of payments no respond from him i call to speak to the agent nunu no response back from her. i call African Bank e-mails was sent but still no joy this is now getting frustrating with no correspondence why sent e-mail and messages and when call back no solution what type of attorneys does african bank use if i get no response i will take this matter to the ombudsman.
