From pillar to post

I was in dispute with Vodacom regarding a lost / ****** 3G device, which took ages to resolve, and once resolve I continued to pay my account for the services, which I never had the privilege to use, when all of the sudden I got phoned up by Hammond Pole Attorneys wanting to claim the monies owed to Vodacom.

I informed them of my continuous payments and the value of such payments, which they agreed, and also supp**** me with full details on their letterhead which laid out exactly what the debt entailed, now from my side that the debt is settled not Vodacom, nor Hammond Pole can provide answers or letters to prove full payment is received, they continuously pass the buck and say that I am only allowed to speak to one person representing Hammond Pole which is never available and never responds to your emails either.

Thus I firstly have to thank everyone who has read this and also hope that this eased some issues with your dealings with both of these companies.
