FNB MADE THE WRONG CHOICE

I wish I could give them no stars. I had a fnb loan and fnb handed my account to these idiots. I made payment of R4000 on my account and still they can't allocate my payment to my account even though they have proof of this. They keep on harassing me for payment, but they don't know how to allocate a payment to an account. Why the hell did fnb choose them to be there debt collectors. They just give you more stress and anxiety
