FNB account settled and need a settlement letter

I settled my FNB account in July 2014 and have been requesting the settlement letters from Anton Rheeder but He has ignored me flat. I sent him an email on the 1st August 2014 requesting it and he never came back to me, then I called him and he promised to follow up with FNB then he never came back to me. Then I sent him a second email on 20th August 2014 then the third email on the 3rd March 2015 and to this day I haven't heard any feedback from him, and I need to go to FNB to close my cheque account with them. Please can somebody assist because I am so tired of dealing with someone who only called me to follow on payment which I settled in two months.
