Falling to refund me

This has to be the worst service I've ever had in my life, firstly they have been harassing me with calls about vodacom debit of which i finally paid manually, then they went in and deducted second payment of which i don't know what is it for, now when i request for refund they have been saying that they will come back to me, today am doing follow ups no one is answering me,i called call center they told me about sending an email after so many times i did, on WhatsApp they give different stories some will say i will receive my money Back within 2 to 3 working days and last straw was today when i made another follow up, they told me it's 14 working i don't have that patience same as they when they call none stop demanding payments!! i need my refund back!
