Extremely unsatisfactory service!

Received two SMS's and a phone call threatening me with further action if I do not pay my Vodacom account. My account up to date and when I went to an Vodacom branch confirming my account paid is up and they said this is ****. Their notices all have the logo at the top of SMS's send. Looking at the other unhappy customers I can see these ***** lawyers just get more and more on the wrong side of the law!
