Every month a reminder is sent to pay

It seems this company thinks all people that have bad debt is stupid and can not cope with remembering to pay there accounts.Well I asked a question to them once on the phone why are they sending me sms's and a automatic call to remind me to pay my account.They never gave me answer instead threatened me instead that they will hand the account over to the courts if I want to be funny.I now still get reminded to pay my account even after I have paid the account every month on my pay date.I asked what is still outstanding on this account and I have never received a recon from them. I think the reason why I don't get a recon of the account because there is extra charges they don't want a person to see as I think I get charged every time a sms is sent and a call is made.Where does it end or does it not end at all.
