Dissapointment on how my arrangement is handled.

I'm experiencing such a bad service from Hammond Pole Attorneys. I made arrangement s with one of their consultant and the amount was deducted on the 15/03/2018. Yesterday I got a threatening message from another consultant by the name of Tebogo saying that due to no agreement on my home choice account they will proceed with legal action. I sent numerous messages for clarity on the whats app number given without getting any response. I need a apology for their negligence as they are supposed to check their records.
