disrespect and rude

i received a call from tgese attorneys saying vodacom has handed me over to them. i dont understand how as i paid of my contract. i have requested the lawyer to forward me the documentation stating im owing but he hasnt rep****. when questioning why vodacom is doing this he was rude and told me he was the only person that could help me so i told him to send then il see what to next.
