DISRACEFUL HARRASSMENT FROM HAMMOND POLE

Following the handover of an account from FNB, who never advised me of status of debt owed, and despite my company being liquidated in 2005, I was harassed relentlessly by HP and told that if I did not comply and make payments they would pursue in court. I am a 72 year old with no family, lost my company due to ***** by a supplier following which I lost everything I owned. I have committed to paying an amount monthly (based on the little income I receive), but each month I am harassed non stop from around 26 of the month via SMS, mail, phone calls. I have received at least 6 text messages, and 6 phone calls stating that I must pay or else! The idiocy of it is that I pay each month by around 28th. It is pure harassment and I feel sure not legal. I have never met such a bunch of blood thirsty people in my life. Oh, and if you try and leave a message, their inbox is full. Have these people no idea of the stress and worry they cause people such as myself particularly having gone through 2 years with Covid, and now a totally depressed economy. But as always, lawyers always have jobs, and thrive on making money out of people with none. I doubt anyone in a senior position from HP will respond, as you can only seem to deal with a call centre who have no authority whatsoever. They are mere minions who have no respect for who they are talking to. HAMMOND POLE, YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ATTITUTE AND BE GRATEFUL THAT I AM LEST REPAYING A DEBT THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN WIPED OUT AGES AGO IF FNB KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. YOU ALSO NEED TO PUBLISH A CONTACT MAIL ADDRESS FOR SOMEONE OTHER THAN QUERIES!
