Dishonest and bad reflection on MFC

Good day,<br> <br> I have just spent 42 minutes on a call requesting information regarding the account that has been handed over to you.<br> <br> I have spoken to Evelyn and Mfundo requesting a statement of the balance that is currently due after requesting for a reference for the call from Evelyn i have received shocking service as they would like to charge me for a call that needs to be made to me when i am trying to speak to the person in charge that can help me with both problems i have.<br> <br> I have been informed that the head person to speak to is Yolandi Rothman and that i must take this to hello peter by Evelyn Kanjada when i have actually asked on multiple occasions for a referance for the 42 minute call that i have paid for.<br> <br> Evelyn Kanjada proceeded to hang up on me after telling me that i must hello peter this.
