Disgusting service. Unprofessional conduct

Terrible terrible service.. I don't think they really know what they're doing... Such people should not have the right to access the public's credit profiles. I got different settlement discounts in one day from 3 different consultants and when I asked which one was correct and why was it different each time I was ignored. Promised call backs that never happened, emailed so called manager and have been ignored since. My record keeps deteriorating and I can't get answers. Disgusting.
