Discount offer

Good afternoon On the 3rd of April I requested a settlement quote for my FNB credit card account which was handed to hammondpole Attorneys,I was told that the settlement amount would be R1686 they gave me a 25% discount offer.on the very same day I made a payment of R1700 and sent the proof.they received the money I asked if my account has been cleared already, they told me my debit was cancelled they wont debit any money but to my suprise my debit order of R500 went off today I dont understand why , I want my refund why would they lie about the discount ??my name is Eunice Ngodela Ngodela id *** cell 07e***
