Debt settled but not cleared.

My Capitec account was handed over to the attorneys (Hammond pole attorneys). I paid for over two years. The money was about to funish but the balance stayed the same for over 3 months. I got worried and asked for a statement they promised to give me but never did. I went to Capitec branch for help they couldn't help. I reversed their debit order hence I got their attention.They asked me why did I reversed the money. They asked me to settle my account and pay R1350 something.I then checked my credit score only to find that I still owe Capitec. I wrote a review here and they responded saying they didn't received my payments since April. Please rectify this I am not happy.
