Debt Collections Agencies that do not want know what they want!

Very bad service! Their treatment to people that do not pay their accounts is pathetic. I am aware that I didn't pay an account. I have to get some money and asked them for a settlement quote since last week Friday. I called Vodacom and explained that I would like to try and pay some money and require an amount to pay? They played ping pong with and sent me back to HP Attorneys. Is it right that HP Attorneys do this to because I haven't paid my account? If and when they don't have the money they bully you. So what does HP Attorneys want? Even I am confused! I have decided to exclude the Vodacom account as HP Attorneys did not get back to me. I have made Vodacom aware that HP Attorneys has not gotten back to me.
