Worst service ever! I have tried on many occasions to call them, but no one answers the phone! My FNB Cheque account was handed over to them which I am more than willing to pay off, but I don't even have their banking details?. There have been no discussion about the amount per month that I can afford to pay? No phone call, no email. But they keep on sending me SMS's to make payment?
