My vehicle got repossessed as i was not working and unable to pay for it, then Wesbank took my account to Hammond Pole Inc to recover the the remaining debt. They started calling me to arrange for payment and i told them i wanted to pay the full amount outstanding as i could afford to. they send me a statement and i settled as per agreement. Now months later they call me and tell me that i owe Hammond Pole Inc Legal fees, i asked them for what as i did not hire them, they are administering for westbank not me and also why they stayed so long before they could notify me as the actual amount had accumulated interest. One manager of a department called Eugine transferred me to someone to assist and they told me they where going to cancel the legal fees as im not supposed to be charged. later the same day somoene by the name of Tshidiso Tshosane called me to try and recover again, I explained that I will not pay that amount and requested to speak to a superior, i held on for some time and Tshidiso came back and told his manager was busy and could not come to the phone but gave him an instruction that they need to cancel and nullify the fees. I want this sorted out immediately and my name cleared from the ITC.
