Complaint re staff member inappropriate suggestion

I had a call from one of their staff members in connection with payments I am making and after I explained my situation she had the audacity and the cheek to suggest that I take my cat and dog to the vet to have them put down in order to have a little bit of extra money in order to pay more on my debt. How's that for compassion and understanding and a love for animals absolutely zero
