Clarity needed on a specific account. SOON.
Hi there.

I've been experiencing a number of problems with trying to reach somebody at Hammond Pole to assist with an account that is supposedly in arrears. My Vodacom account was handed over to Hammond Pole last year after a few months of missed payments. We were contacted by an attorney about this account and we were told that we had to pay R800 from July/ August 2014 until December 2014 and the account would be settled. We were then contacted again in 2015 about a payment that had not been made but we were told that it was only until December 2014. I made a few payments this year but I've now been told that the account is in arrears... AGAIN! By over R2000.

I contacted Hammond Pole and I was promised that my call would be returned as they were busy. I asked for statements that date back to the first phone call and I also requested that I get the airtime and data that I am paying for as it was a Top-Up contract.
No effort has been made to contact me to rectify this situation at all. I find it weird that I was hounded when payments needed to be made but when I request statements and proof, I am ignored. I need clarity ASAP, this is extremely unprofessional!
This serves to confirm that the issue has been resolved after the terms of a terminated contract were clearly explained.
We further confirm that an agreement has been reached with you with regards to the repayment of the outstanding debt.
