I have had settlement amount wich i paid in one full amount. Only to be told finance department have allocated funds. Am still waiting for the other amount to reflect. Been calling and calling. Taken from pillar to pillar. I keep being told my paid up letter will be requested. Sone1 is not doing their job properly. Am totally unhappy.
